Pakistan Manpower Institute (PMI) is engaged in research and capacity-building of public and private sector organizations. The Institute is providing services with the vision that trainings and acquiring new skills form a critical part of any professional’s work and lead to career progression, professional growth and better service delivery.
This vision is reflected in the training programs which PMI is conducting on regular basis. We consider the feedback of our participants and stakeholders of great significance as it is taken into account while determining future training needs as well as improvement where required. In this regard, the Institute is open to suggestions and ideas for better services.
PMI has a dedicated team and we are endeavoring for “out-of-box” approach to maximize the impact of trainings and enhanced outreach with effective utilization of our resources. At PMI, we take each participant as human capital affecting organizational success
